"The villa was beautiful, spacious and conveniently located -- perfect for a family holiday. It is across the street from a lovely beach, and an easy walk to the historic part of Antibes. Even with shops and restaurants as close as a minute walk away, the house has a lawn and pool that make it a quiet and relaxing retreat. The owners connected us with a local chef who prepared amazing dinners. The villa was a great find."

"The house was exactly like the pictures. The outdoor area was amazing and really nice location with short walks to both Antibes and Juan Les Pins. The House deserves a little facelift and the cleaniness when we arrived could have been bit better but all in all we had a great stay and will return if we get the possibility"

"Very nice large home in a quiet neighborhood. Close to everything. Some things didn’t work but the manager sent out people to fix and was very responsive. House is very well stocked! As a new listing, they did not know that it is against Vrbo policy to have interior cameras. We covered with foil and they are now aware so will hopefully remove for the next guests. Highly recommended. "

"We stayed for 4 days at this amazing villa. It is very clean and has great views through the trees down to the sea. Communication with Derrick was easy and he did arrange for the pool and hot tub to be heated as we requested. If you are staying here in the Spring it would probably be worth asking for the heaters to be turned on a couple of days before arrival as they took a day to get up to temperature. The spaces and design of the villa worked really well for our two families with 4 children...

"We had a delightful stay! The room was spacious and backed onto a garden so very quiet! The staff were unbelievable so friendly and helpful. The building from the outside doesn’t look great however the location, the staff, the breakfast, the room were AMAZING!!!! I would go back!!! "
