"A vista é excelente, so que o imovel, esta muito desgastado, cozinha as portas e gavetas do armario , sem condiçoes de mexer, cheiro muito forte de imovel fechado, colchão antigo,ventiladores, muito empoerados,infelismente não foi o que esperavamos. Fora isso maquina de lavar louças fechada com durex, significando estar quebrada."

"The property has this Retro look and feeling. One feels as if time has come back. The building is protected and some features cannot be changed. It was a great stay. I would have liked to see the protected outdoors patio being used with a coffee shop as it was in the past. What a pity, because its huge window allows one to see the sidewalk, the ocean and the traffic. Great to work, have a drink and relax."
