The beds are extremely hard and they only provide 2 pillows, the norm is 4.on the smaller side.I did ask for a topper and they provided one.Do not expect any amenities such as body lotion or really anything at all. "There was a janitor door across from our room with the door left open. I’m not sure where the smell was coming from but there was a smell like sewage near our door. You may want to check that across from or in the hallway of 4503. The shower floor was slippery in the bathtub and outside the bathtub. "
