"Nice pool and handy location for Soi 5 in Pratamak. Nice large room with pool view and maid service was good. Only downside was had ants in my room particularly in the bathroom"

"The resort is absolutely fantastic. The service is amazing, the staff are so helpful and kind. We enjoy using the pool everyday. The pool side service is great.
The breakfast is also one of the highlights.
This resort has become my number one favourite if I’m visiting Pattaya in the future. "
"Being from Las Vegas, we know 5-star service and quality. I appreciate everything from the incredible room with a balcony to the small touches (the owner introducing herself to every guest at breakfast with a small flower and the complimentary late check-out). The staff was very friendly and, as Deborah (owner) had mentioned, many had been with her for 10+ years. I enjoyed using the top-quality toiletries (shampoo/conditioner/body gel/lotion). This was important as it set the high-quality standard of the resort. The grounds, tropical plants, and trees set the table for a private, intimate, and enjoyable stay. I would say this is in sync with a Four Seasons resort. Thanks again, Deborah, and I look forward to our trip next year.

"This hotel without a doubt is the best, The staff are amazing ( all are bi and trilingual) this makes things smooth. Golf the Hotel manger is amazing. She addressed every concern and answered all questions. The location is central to in my opinion the entire region . Yu the bar tender can quicly make any drink, The place is great forn a wedding or family getaway "
