"They put you at the far end of the hotel which is a long walk for seniors! We had to ask for the first floor due to climbing stairs with luggage. They should be aware of the age when checking in. Is this done because 3rd party reservations? This hotel needs renovation! But the staff was very nice!"

"This was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. There was garbage in the floor along with toenail clippings. Greasy fingerprints were all over and covered the mini fridge. The sheets had hair all over and were very stained. Same for the bathroom. You could tell it hasn't been throughly cleaned in years."
