"The front desk clerk was somewhat helpful, but she was between helping multiple customers AND folding towels. There was only 1 wash cloth and 1 bath towel in our room for 3 people, the bedding had hair in 2 out of the 3 beds, the floors and all surfaces in the room and bathroom were dirty/dusty, and the continental breakfast was empty at 6am when it was supposed to be full because they decided to serve certain people early. We went to the McDonald’s instead. The only positive part of the stay...

Our only complaint was the pool information/time is wrong online. So we were disappointed to arrive and find we only had less than an hour left to enjoy the water park."

"This property is older, but offers many amenities. The airport shuttle is a highlight as many other properties in this area don’t offer shuttle service. Our room was easy to find, clean, quiet and spacious. The coffee shop was conveniently located in the restaurant. The fitness center was basic, but functional. It had a view of the courtyard. Overall, this property met our needs and expectations."
