"This was the most well stocked house we’ve ever stayed in. Comfortable beds and sleeping. Everything we needed to make a meal. Plenty of soap and cleaning products. The massage chair was better than massages. I’ve paid for. This was a really fantastic house. Better than what the pictures even display. "

"Main door issue upon arrival after midnight- top corner of door stuck in door jam. We were unable to close the door, and beds inside the porch door were cold at night, in sub zero temps. The next day I also realized the wifi information provided was not correct, making working extremely difficult. Messaged vrbo/property manager regarding issues, and didnt hear back, so 6 hours later reached out to VRBO via chat. The conclusion of the hour long chat session was that they had finally reached someone local, and the local people would be reaching out to me within the day. I never heard anything from anyone until the following night (only 12 hours before checkout on our 3 night stay), when someone finally provided wifi information via VRBO message. The door issue was never addressed. Extremely dissapointed in the lack of response from hosts regarding issues during our stay. Maybr it was due to the holiday? Otherwise, the house was cute and met the needs of our family during this trip, but wouldn't stay with this host again. "

"It is not fancy and the television wasn't working the first night, the restaurant wasn't open for dinner but the views were stunning. We had a really yummy traditional breakfast for only $10 a plate which was our cheapest meal of the trip. We aren't picky We were just happy to be in Alaska "

Plus, the hosts were incredibly thoughtful and communication was seamless. We were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights during our trip, and watching them from the hot tub is a core memory. "
