"It being located just across the COSI was a big bonus. We were able to use their parking for a couple of dollars cheaper than the hotel.and it was easily accesible. It’s so close to downtown but has the peace and quiet of the suburbs. The hotel is also just adjacent to the police station which made us feel safer in parking on the side street or in the public parking of COSI. The room was clean with enough amenities such as an electric kettle, fridge and hair dryer. Our only complaint was the condition of the pillows. They did not have enough cushion. Oh well we survived our one night stay by making use of their big throw pillows! They also have a clean and decent gym! Best of all, we got complimentary tickets to COSI! All in all we loved our stay at The Junto and if we ever go back to Columbus, this is where we’re going to stay again!"

"We appreciated the customer service. The new owner was a lovely man. Our room's heat did not work so they gave us a new room and a bag of some snacks and drinks."

"This was a very clean house. The host was great with communication. He checked in on us a few times to make sure things were going well and we didn't need anything. The property is close to restaurants and shopping. The beds were comfortable. The living room was a little small for our group but we were able to use the kitchen chairs and sit in the doorway. Also the driveway is behind the property and it's a little bit of a tight turn. It didn't really affect us but I think a large vehicle would have a little trouble getting in and out. This was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely stay here again."
