"Cleaning staff emptied trash once, didnt vacuum and left our door open from 3pm until we found it about 630pm that evening. The desk staff didn't seem to care when I reported it. The photos of the rooms are not very revealing of the actual room. I reserved the Bertram with a Queen bed and when we walked in there was just enough room to walk as long as you didn't try to pass the other person in the room. VERY costly for what you actually receive."

"We stayed for a single night and loved the funky room decor. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we also enjoyed the fire pit outside, perfect for a cold night. Great value for money. We would definitely come back again."

"The property was in a fantastic location. The host was very responsive and communicate communicated very well. While the apartment could use minor upgrades, everything was clean, and the amenities included made our stay very comfortable."

"The pros: The parking was solid, the instructions were clear for entry, the photos were extremely helpful, the bed was comfortable, and the location was as advertised.The cons: The walls are extremely thin, and you could hear every footstep, item drop, and chair move from upstairs, along with every conversation in the hallway. The advertised sofa-sleeper was broken and had been for a long time, per the host. We booked the location based on the second bed, so we were very disappointed to find the actual second bed was an air mattress."

"Super cute little place right off Cabot St - central to everything. Funky bo-ho vibe with fun art and vintage fridge. This is a historic house so be ready for the funky layout that comes from a Victorian house being turned into apartments - it felt just like home to us coming from San Francisco. Communication with property manager was fast and easy. "
