We did have a reservation however, we were told they did not have any room and would move us to another sister hotel further away. This meant we needed to secure a ride back to the airport. So I cannot tell you anything about this hotel but that not having a room when I had a reservation was not good. Guess you have to take a chance!

Environment very clean and safe However l did not like the attitude of some front desk staff, when l told them the flash system of the room l was in wasn't properly functioning they showed a cold shoulder and took down the room number and did not even bother to ask me l managed there under such a circumstance neither did they appreciate that l informed them.I thought that was a bit arrogance on their part.

There were several issues. The room that was provided to us on the first night we checked in was dirty, the door lock was broken, the safe was not working, there was just one bath towel and hand towel and one bottle of water for the two of us. We requested for a room change. The second room also had a non functioning door lock, the safe did not work and there was one bottle of water for 2 of us. I then spoke with the duty manager who resolved some issues but not all.

We liked the free shuttle to the airport. The Rooms in the first tower are in need up an update, bathrooms very old fixtures. Buffet has a great selection. Nice Bar and very friendly staff. Pool had algae in it so not suitable for swimming which is unfortunate the site photo's show it in better condition.

This is a very convenient hotel for travelers with close proximity and good shuttle service to the airport. While the rooms are in great need of updating they are decent in size, the beds are comfortable and the showers are great. The breakfast was fabulous and staff were all friendly and professional. I was a bit annoyed when i was placed in a smoking room but this was rectified without fuss. All in all a decent place to stay overnight.

The room assigned was very old and in much need of a renovation. Thankfully it was clean and we only needed a quick overnight as we had an early flight the next morning. Restaurant was good as were the staff. Pool was not usable.

Its location is very convenient. Very close to the airport with an efficient shuttle service. Great buffet service with a great selection of food items. The only picky issue for me is that the hotel could do with a thorough cleaning of the carpets to eliminate the strong smell they now emit from humidity.

Carpets are dirty, room was dusty ,there were no bedsheets on the bed. Staff are very helpful

This is a great hotel right near the airport. There is a free shuttle to pick you up and drop you off from the airport which runs regularly. The breakfast is good and the dining options are excellent and well priced.

Lovely hotel reception area and a lovely bar. Questionable ladies hanging around very late at night. The rooms need a refresh but are comfortable and quiet.

Convenient hotel close to the airport with regular shuttle. The breakfast and dining options are excellent. The room was a bit tired but clean and functional with a super comfy bed. Would definitely stay again.
