While booking this place (Dover Inn next to the Gariahat Police Station), I was hesitant because of some scary reviews among other good ones. "The rooms are rather small but the price is right. Neighborhood is great, Rabindra Sarovar and park, metro and restaurants close by. Feels safe. Good breakfast, bar on the terrace and there is also a restaurant."
