"The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and safe (guards monitor access to the neighborhood day and night). We had a car to get around so everything was quickly accessible: restaurants, laundry, grocery store and the sea. Ricardo always answered my questions quickly and the contact person to guide you once we got there was very available. It was much appreciated. I definitely recommend this place."

They made the entire experience, from check-in & out, as well as our stay, truly easy & comfortable. Danny was such a pleasure to communicate with & we would definitely rent from Gabby again if & when we return to the gorgeous Yucatan Peninsula!"

"Stayed for 2 weeks. Very Clean, nicely updated big rooms, great beds. Kitchen needs some minor work and more dishes and bake wear. Need wash cloths. Washer/Dryer combo was a big plus! Pool was great but no where to lounge and surrounded by gravel. That was a disappointment. Back area needed maintained, trees blocking shower and path. Information book needed to be a little more knowledgeable with how things work in the residential area. If leaving daily, rent a car. I would recommend, but I would...
