"It was a good resort, not great per say. Food was average, Mexican restaurant was great. Most staff were friendly but a few were not the best. The privilege perks were definitely a must, swim up pool to the room was the highlight of our trip. Definitely a big resort and lots to do. At first they try to upsell you and push a timeshare, annoying but once you get past that you're good."

"I typically don’t write reviews but this one needs it. Don’t waste your time or money. Not a fan at all of this place. Very outdated hotel. This is a HOTEL (with 3 buildings). This is NOT a RESORT. Everything needed updating. Cracked tiles, dirty room windows, all the furniture looked hand me down. Either chips on the furniture or lop-sided furniture. It is beachfront but you have to go down these uneven wood steps to get to the beach. I had to hold on every time because i felt like i was going to fall. Very disappointed on the food as well. This place shouldn't be a representation of mexico at all. We stayed at other resorts and the food was amazing. This place out of 5 stars is a 2.3. Nothing Mexican about it. The alcohol was not top or middle shelf. It was all bottom shelf liquor. You can tell this place makes sure they pinch every way they can. There is not entertainment at night at all!! Thank god we didn't bring our son. Its not a kid friendly resort. No activities and really there isnt anything to do but eat food that I wouldn't feed anyone I knew and to drink bottom shelf liquor. Upon checking out at 12pm, we handed in our bracelets and were told if we wanted to enjoy the hotel till the bus came we would have to pay an additional $11 per person. That made us laugh 😃.. and literally told them your food and drinks is not worth the $11 each. Hopefully we would enjoy one last meal at the airport and hopefully it'll be more Mexican or just better tasting than this place."

"It’s okay - a bit more run down than the pictures. Restaurants are decent. Good location - 5mins taxi from the shopping village and restaurants. Room was nice and big. Staff could be a lot more friendlier and pleasant"

"Wait staff was great. Loved Fernando, he was the best. The rooms should have signs in them to let staff km Not not to enter. They entered 2 times while I was in there naked. Should have turned the dead bolt. 😬 I had the red light on but guess it was burn out on the outside. The food was so so. I figure if you can’t find something you like at all inclusive you’re too picky. I did get sick the first few days, no clue why. But the rest of our trip was great. "
