"This place had a lot of potential. Staff was very kind and the breakfast was great, but the rooms and hotel common areas had a musty smell. They tried to mask it with air freshener in the lobby which I think was not ideal. To make things worse, we were advised not to open the windows because of bugs. As per usual with a lot of places we stayed in China, the cleaning was not spotless particularly in the bathroom and shower."
