Good modern hotel, very quiet and clean room. Althought the hotel is about 12km from Shanghai Pudong airport (PVG), but the free shuttle service made a very convenice for us. The to go breakfast was not good.

◼︎Good place to visit beautiful quiet and comfortable renovated former machine factory and sophisticated in design The rooms are very well preserved Toothbrushes available Indoor slips available Water is available. The beds are the right amount of firmness and sinking in. ◼︎What I liked about it Cell phone signal is hard to get Surprisingly far from Disney Shower was not powerful enough No in-room gowns No safety deposit box On the ground floor, there are sometimes people walking outside the window Surroundings are a bit lonely Very satisfied overall. I would be happy to get an upgrade or something when available.

There isn’t much in the area of the hotel so if you want peace and quiet, this is definitely the place to be. I had to be in the main center of Pudong at the SNIEC and Xuhui District every day though. Getting to and from here was a challenge sometimes. I should’ve and could’ve done better research so that’s really on me. The front desk staff are fairly good. My severely limited Mandarin and Shanghainese probably didn’t make things easier. I did notice, however, that they were quite helpful with locals so that’s a plus. I recommend that those who are lacking in the vernacular such as myself should extend patience and courtesy. They’re just doing their jobs. The room l had was on the ground level. It was comfortable and clean. I’m usually not okay with not being on an elevated floor but this surprisingly was not a problem in the least! The room was secure enough that l was never disturbed by any unwanted noise. The thick curtains certainly kept the room dark and gave me privacy from all activity outside my balcony. The massage place next door was a great way to cap off daily walks of 16,000++ steps, albeit on pricey side. It’s a legit place so don’t get any “funny ideas.” The reception staff and therapists really made a valiant effort in communicating even through my challenging linguistics. All in all, l ultimately had a good stay. Would l stay here again? I think so!

Hotels.com description is inaccurate. Regular Hotel and restaurant staff do not speak ANY English. Website stated premium room imcludes jetted tubs. However its a regular bathtub no jets. Hotel description page had picture of Currency exchange services and atm on site. However there is no currency exchange services or an atm on site. I cancelled my reservation and still waiting for refund.

La habitación grande y espaciosa. Personalmente escogí este hotel por que el shuttle va al aeropuerto y la verdad es que ha sido genial. Para ir al centro no hay problema, una taxi hasta la estación de metro y de ahí para abajo. En tema comida, no esperéis buffet internacional, es buffet local puro y duro, me costó 6€. Si queréis comida más auténtica aun, a unos segundos andando hay un señor genial haciendo como pan y bollitos que están GENIAAAAAAAAL, son buena gente en verdad pero os mirarán medio asi porque no están acostumbrados a ver extranjeros, pero de verdad, muy muy genial la experiencia. Tema staff y/o comunicación... o hablas chino o nada, inglés un poquito... pero no hay preocupación, tooodos van con el movil y el traductor preparado así que no hay problema.

It’s located in the cluster of local residences. And the driveway to enter the hotel is narrow. It’s not as is advertised close to the airport. In fact, the airport shuttle had to get out of the residential area first in order to get on the highway toward the PVG airport.

Excellent, Beautiful hotel.

It was very new and absolutely sparkling clean! Can not believe that we were in China, near the airport, with less than $85 value per night! Jackson was kind and gentle guy who can speak English only in the hotel. He was very efficient. If the hotel has the direct phone number for English speaking, that will be much nicer to call from the airport for free shuttle bus pick up. Overall, it was fantastic stay. Thanks.
