"Modern and very clean rooms, all amenities are well furnished. Restaurants available within walking distance of hotel"

"I stayed at this lovely place 7 years ago and this time round it was even more special, I mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary and they had a lovely vase of roses in the room waiting for us. The room was clean and cosy, breakfast was delicious and the area is very close to the west lake but very quiet and calm, the hotel staff was so lovely too (shout out to Pan Pan). When I visit again I will book this place for definite."

"Comfort and nice hotel, thanks"

No restaurants at the hotel. The shower handle at the bathroom was leaking water everywhere. The reception...

"Awesome thank you. Lovely breakfast and beautiful views"

"From all the places I have been to in China, this place just stands out on top. The staff were super helpful, and everyone I talked to there could speak English. Here I want to make a special mention of Sunny and Evan at reception. They went out of their way to help us with rebooking our room, and to know more about the area and activities. The rooms are spacious and well kept, the food great, specially the buffet at night. The hotel and grounds are super beautiful, the waterfall pool...

"The room was very small and apparently no window. To be precise, there was a closed window toward the reception."

"located near xiang hill, which is where liked to go"

"展期前往 搭車前往機場跟西湖方便 門口大堂設置的禁止吸菸好看用的"

"The credit point that I offered just in few minutes ago is opposite; the credit ranking here is correct this time. However, the comment about my staying experience is real based on my recent stays in end-July 2013; this is not a right hotel to stay for business travelers."

"客房整潔OK，職員想盡量做到最好，不過奈何培訓方面不到位， Spa 就完全不合水準，唔係好明個Spa講要擺塊膠紙墊底，一個濕嘅浴缸擺張膠紙喺底，可以想像到非常危險跣腳，有點兒不明所以"
