Hyatt solves avoidable issue caused by Hotels.com
"I booked club room for two persons with two twin beds and with breakfast included for 2 persons. Apparently Hotels.com sent Grand Hyatt confirmation for only one breakfast included. "The hotel is beautiful and very luxurious. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds.
Executive lounge complimentary drinks are time limited to 7 to 9pm in the evening (which is not advertised clearly on here or the website). Restaurant closes early with only room service available. Room service menu is only in Chinese with limited options.
Sauna and steam room closed during my visit which wasn't explained at check-in.
Management ignored emails of concerns. Nice hotel but very poor service. I would recommend Hyatt or Hilton instead."
