"The Mountain House " is luxury accommodation which has been set up to the highest standard, design & comfort. This home has been decorated with hand picked designer furniture and luxury accessories, ensuring you enjoy the ultimate stay in comfort and elegance. This is truly your "home away from home" and perfect for families or a group of friends.

Convenient and centrally located, only 2 minutes drive from the Town Centre.

This newly built modern home is on a single level featuring:

4 Indulgent luxury bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, wall mounted TV, walk in robe and ensuite bathroom with heated floor. Generous size family bathroom with full size deep bath, shower and heated floor.
All bedrooms are equipped with comfortable posturepedic beds, extra pillows, premium allergy-free doonas, wool blankets and electric heaters.
Double lock up garage with internal access. No need to worry about scraping the ice off the windscreens before hitting the slopes for first tracks and plenty of space to accommodate your mountain bikes, SUP, boat or motorbikes in summer.
Open plan living and dining areas flow beautifully from the modern kitchen equipped with breakfast bar, oven, dishwasher and quality kitchenware and appliances.
YES! There is a Nespresso coffee machine.
The lounge is appointed with high end designer furniture, 65' TV/soundbar and large reverse cycle A/C.
Free Wi-Fi and Netflix entertainment for you catch up on emails, social media and favourite programs for adults and the little ones.
Separate laundry with drying rack and ski storage, your gear will be secure and dry for the next day.
All this leads out to an all year round undercover patio with outdoor setting, family size 3 burner BBQ and secure garden for the children to play in.
For families with young children, Portacot and Highchair is available for use.

Clean and modern

Modern property, easy to access. Some small annoyances with amenities (oven knob broken, dishwasher runner missing a wheel, remote for bedroom TV missing); but overall a great stay in a nice house that worked well for two families.

So maybe I shouldn't mention the relaxed spacious vibe, the effort in the decor, or the comfortable beds. Or the generous storage and commodious living areas. Maybe I should only give it 1 star. That way maybe next year I'll have a chance to book it again at a decent price! XD Pros: Enough rooms to suit most configurations of 8 people. No fights for bottom bunks. Coffee machine. Netflix. Plenty of space to lounge and relax. Nicely furnished and stocked. Those fluffy cushions. Cons: Garage might be a touch small for 2x large cars. One room's linen a little dusty, nothing major. Drying area not super ventilated or spacious, but adequate. Friends did not bring coffee pods. Friends did not have enough leave to spend longer at house.

Lovely modern house

Very modern spacious house, walking distance to shops and easy drive to the snow fields. My only concern was that there were no cleaning products supplied, just the basics such as 2 dishwashing tablets, 1 dishcloth and 1 extra bin liner for 7 people for a 7 night stay. We even had to go and buy BBQ cleaning products as we would've been charged extra if we did not leave it clean. Other then that we had a comfortable stay at the Mountain House.

Great place, comfy beds, close to the town but far enough for the peace

The House Great 4 bed place with an awesome open plan living space that is bigger in person than it is on the photos (not usual for real estate!). Everything you need to cook with, which we did most nights. Massive garage to store bikes in if needed Well located, less than 10 minutes walk to the brewery or 15 to the beach or the town. Top of the list for places I'll loo for when I come back

Great property

House provided us with everything we needed. The only issue we had was the rental property across the road had noisy tenants who partied out the front until midnight. The front bedroom was therefore very noisy.

Modern, roomy house

Great modern house, comfortably homed 2 families of 4 for the week. Not a huge back yard if you have small active kids but we spent most time out and about. Only suggestion is there was no pegs so perhaps pack a few spare in case none topped up.

An absolutely beautiful house to stay in for our long weekend in Jindabyne in November. Beautiful decor and furnishings with very comfortable beds (the deciding point for booking this home) that can be put together for a king size or separated for singles. We had a wonderful time with family and friends in this luxurious home and would definitely book it again.

Such a sweet place to live, it is very peacfull, warm and clean. The agent is also great, they reply all the messages super fast. Very warm and super awesome hot water, feels like our own home. Great house and we would like to visit again

The quality of inclusions was beyond our expectations. From the coffee machine, toaster and tv to the luxurious bed linen and furniture. So nice to come home after a day on the slopes!

Beautiful home, great location

A stunning home which comfortably fits 8 adults. It's lavishly decorated and has all the creature comforts. Its also 5 min from Jindy town centre but given how self-contained it all is, you'll be reluctant to leave. I'm planning to book this again for future trips.
