St Moritz Unit 9 is situated in a quiet part of Jindabyne with magnificent lake views and is only a short stroll to the shopping centres, restaurants, clubs, pubs or a walk along the lake front. This apartment is a spacious fully self-contained 3 bedroom unit, that sleeps 8.
This self contained apartment features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large lounge area,, kitchen and large balcony. Perfect to enjoy a drink and watch the sunset over Lake Jindabyne. It is situated on level 2 of a 3 story building and includes 2 undercover car parks. Fully equipped kitchen with all pots, pans, utensils, espresso machine, rice cooker, George Foreman grill, toaster, microwave and kettle.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed with ensuite bathroom (with bath) and built in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a diouble size bed and built in robe while the third bedroom has 2 x double bunks that accommodates 4 adults or children.. The main bathroom has a bath, as well as washing machine, and clothes dryer. It includes towels, face washers, shower gel and hair dryers.
The apartment has oil heaters in all rooms and is surprisingly warm during winter. Bring a hot water bottle for yourself or the children if you are not used to the cold. Summer visitor's should be aware that currently there is no air conditioning but the unit does enjoy great lake breezes.
Unlike many of our competitors this apartment is privately managed and we supply all clean linen including towels, bed linens and comfy quilts.
Conveniently located in Jindabyne and only 30 minutes to Perisher or Thredbo snow resorts. This centrally located unit could be your base for your next winter holiday.

This is a great little spot close enough to all the essentials with enough bedding for a decent size group, the kitchen is fantastic and the living area has all you need
My friends and I had a great stay at this place. It was clean and well appointed throughout. A 12 minute walk and you are in the heart of the town centre.
We really loved staying at Karen’s place for the 3 nights that we were there. It was so convenient and close to the main centre in Jindy and was only a short drive to the ski tube. The amount of amenities/cooking appliances and other miscellaneous items provided really helped us quickly feel at home. Thank you so much for having us! Would highly recommend :)
Very central location, lots of heaters available, and had all the other amenities we needed for our stay. The only thing I will mention is that the apartment is about three flights of stairs up. Not a huge issue generally, but I will mention that in the morning you may be woken up by other snow-goers staying in the building, marching down all the stairs.
Karen was such a warm and welcoming host, she wrote straight back to me when I test on the app. The location was great and it had everything we needed.
Very nice apartment in a great location close to shops and ski resorts (by car). Our group enjoyed our stay with clear and easy instructions for checking in and out.
We had an incredibly lovely time at this property and would recommend to anyone with a larger family. It was extremely well appointed and the coffee machine was deeply appreciated. As other reviews have indicated parking was very tight but we did manage to get our RAV4 in and out.
Stay was nice. Unit was clean and tidy inside. There was a big hill to walk up to the unit block. As my van didn’t fit in the allocated parking under the unit block due to height restrictions
There were 4 adults and 2 children and the place was perfect. Walking distance to town and in great condition. Well appointed and very clean. Just be careful driving into car park if you have luggage on the roof!
The unit is quite large and easily accommodates a large family. The kitchen and the main bathroom were renovated. The host Karen was prompted and accommodated. We enjoyed our stay. The parking is tight but we could parked our cars without issues.

Slope driveway
Smooth check -in and communication with Karen are all good. Location is okay.
But hard to park the car@the Conner and also on drive up /down on such slope driveway
Some Dishes and cooking pots did not clean probably.
The condo was clean and well equipped, as well as being conveniently located. The only drawback is the parking. The driveway is extremely steep, with a sharp turn at the top to get into the garage. The parking spaces are very small and narrow with concrete walls or pillars on either side of the space. I'm not sure that a full size vehicle could even get in or out.
