Situated on the lakefront in Townsend Street, Banksia 2 is a two story townhouse offering some great views. On the downstairs floor you have three bedrooms, all with electric heating and bedding consists of one queen plus trundle in the main bedroom along with an ensuite, two king singles (which can be made into a king with request at time of booking) and one double bed. Down here you will also find the main bathroom with deep single spa bath tub, separate toilet, laundry and dry room.
Upstairs you will find the updated kitchen, breakfast bar, and open plan dining and loungeroom with TV/DVD/Stereo. To make your stay more comfortable there is a gas log fire, reverse cycle air conditioning and waterfront deck with BBQ.
There are two off street car spaces right at the front door, one of which is located in the undercover carport.

Property was spacious , clean and well located. It is getting a little tired now and could do with a revamp. Bedlinen, towels , blankets etc of good quality and very clean.

Good accommodation
We stayed here only for 2 nights and we got snowed in, so no travelling to the mountains when we were there cause of road blockages. We were able to see snow where we were staying, absolutely beautiful backdrop from the river (very lucky!) The accommodation is good and reasonable for a large family.
