Banksia - 2/35 Townsend Street

Situated on the lakefront in Townsend Street, Banksia 2 is a two story townhouse offering some great views.

On the downstairs floor you have three bedrooms, all with electric heating and bedding consists of one queen plus trundle in the main bedroom along with an ensuite, two singles (which can be made into a king with request at time of booking) and one double bed. Down here you will also find the main bathroom with deep single spa bath tub, separate toilet, laundry and dry room.

Upstairs you will find the updated kitchen, breakfast bar, and open plan dining and loungeroom with TV/DVD/Stereo. To make your stay more comfortable there is a gas log fire, reverse cycle air conditioning, free wi-fi and waterfront deck with BBQ.

There are two off street car spaces right at the front door, one of which is located in the undercover carport.

Our visit to Jindabyne

Property was spacious , clean and well located. It is getting a little tired now and could do with a revamp. Bedlinen, towels , blankets etc of good quality and very clean.

Good accommodation

We stayed here only for 2 nights and we got snowed in, so no travelling to the mountains when we were there cause of road blockages. We were able to see snow where we were staying, absolutely beautiful backdrop from the river (very lucky!) The accommodation is good and reasonable for a large family.

Lovely location

Staying with friends we found this unit was comfortable and clean and had everything that was needed for a stay. The bedrooms were a little bit small for all our luggage but on the whole we loved we stay. The unit was warm and the view of the lake was very nice.The spa was the only downfall as it was very deep to have to climb into to have a shower as you had to get into the spa bath to do so but All in all a wonderful stay.

Banksia 2 townhouse in Jindybine

Great views on the lake, close to shopping centre and at the centre of all attractions at Mt Kosciusko region. Clean and helpful real estate agent. We locked ourselves out one evening on Sunday and even though the agent was out of town, he organised someone else to bring us a spare. much appreciated friendly service.

A perfect experience

This was an awesome place to stay, there were 3 couples in our group and we can't speak highly enough of this property. Beautiful view, peaceful, private, everything you need in terms of facilities, right in Jindabyne but away from the hustle and bustle, short drive to the resorts, excellent kitchen, great bathrooms, comfy beds. Literally couldn't fault it! Will definitely come again next year!

What more can I say, this house has all you need in a holiday, heater everywhere, next to the lake, perfect view, close to shops, brand new kitchen, nice and clean. A++
