"We got the two bedroom suite and the whole family LOVED it. The pool is fantastic, so are the hot and cold plunge baths. The location is great. We loved having the opera house right across from the hotel and great shopping options at our door step. Only thing that I think could be improved is the cleanup after ordering room service."

"Generally ok, but the hotel itself was old though well maintained. The room I stayed in, the plumbing for the shower area was not too good as water flowed v slowly. The hairdryer was also fixed to the drawer so I had to be in the toilet to use it. Otherwise all good. They also allowed me to switch from twin room (I booked wrongly) to a room with queen bed. As it was my birthday, the hotel also prepared a cake and decor for me.. thanks!"
