The room was very clean and the shower is excellent! The staff is ultra helpful and the manager is excellent and kind. There are many restaurants nearby to have your lunch and dinner. I strongly recommend this hotel and it’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, comparable to the Hyatt that I stayed in at Dubai.

From the moment we checked in through to our departure we were met by exceptional hospitality and service. We dined at all three restaurants and each meal was great. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and a special shoutout to Luigi whom developed a special friendship with our 3.5 year old whom he called his hotel friend. Location easy for everything

The room is great, location is convenient, overall we were very happy with the hotel. Will definitely go back if we visit Hangzhou again.

The Marriott is a well appointed hotel with most that you need. Location is a little away from main Suzhou but metro is nearby and taxis easy to find. The rooms are good except the heating in the room, even without the the air conditioning is a little warm. The food is good although a little crowded at breakfast times. The coffee shop is a good alternative for a quick snack and has great coffee!
