"This trendy, clean and beautiful hotel was an absolute great stay in Dublin. Close to everything. rooms were wonderful. Cute but spacious. The bar/lounge area was fabulous. Numerous seating areas with fabulous vintage and a mix of new decor! My husband loved there was guitars to play. complimentary tea and coffee station was fabulous. Highly recommend this place."

"My stay at The Mercantile was extraordinary! The staff were warm, welcoming and attentive to my requests! For example, I had some flowers set up in my room and they set up a quick solution to accommodate with a vase. My room was clean and perfect for a 3 night stay. Additionally, the location and convenience cannot be understated. I will be staying here again and every time when visiting Dublin. I did have a corner room where the WiFi was not as strong and needed to take a work video conference meeting. Luckily, the WeWork was right across the street, but I believe the staff would've help me with a solution had I asked."

"Upon arriving at the property there is no where to pull off to unload your luggage. The front desk lady was rude and did not offer me my VIP Status Card. I was suppose to have a discount of the offsite parking that was an 11:00 minute walk and that wasn’t offered. The room was very small for three people. I have been traveling for three weeks throughout England, Ireland and Scotland and this was the smallest room. This morning we woke up to our room being filled with cigarette smoke…omg it was awful. We told the front desk that the hallways were full of smoke. I would not stay here again."
