"Waiting in line. Be prepared to wait in line a lot if you stay here. Long lines for the elevator, to check in and for luggage storage. This isn’t just a peak time thing, it’s all the time. Also, no hand soap supplied by the hotel is weird and exceedingly meagre for the rate this place charges."

"They renew the hotel, but must of all the furniture is the old one. The location it’s great. There no coffee machine in the rooms, you have to ask for it and it’s and additional charge, we have the bad luck that they had to change the coffee maker 3 times. The concierge wasn’t very helpful."
