Never texted room was ready for check in despite pre check in at front desk. Asked for later check out and was given one hour more. Only to have them lock us out of our room at the non extended time. Took 10 minutes to get elevator down to front desk to stand 10 more in line to resolve their error. Bell-staff and concierge were lovely but sad the front desk left such a poor impression. "
