"Have stayed at the same location last Aug and had an enjoyable stay. When i was time to book another trip home I book my stay here. I arrived early and after explaining to the desk clerk i had been up 42 hrs he allowed me an early check in. There was a heavy musky (weed) smell. It maybe the 2 large dispensaries.that are around the hotel. Set room dated the carpet needed to be restreched the water was barely warm in the shower but I didn't care I needed to sleep. Kids in the next room making noise all night. When I left my room in the morning to go get breakfast people had thrown their trash in the hallway. I think this might be a Detroit thing as i've traveled extensively thur the US and Europe and i've never seen anything like this. Only in Detroit. I lived 45 years in Detroit , and i've never seen that. Breakfast over returning to my room, the lady next door open the door out came 6 kids.Then another woman and 4 kids.12 people in one room?? No wonder there was so much noise coming from that room."

"Heater worked well but extremely loud. Check in person showed somewhat competent but not friendly at all, got the feeling he would rather be somewhere else. The room is in desperate need of remodeling. It looked tired. Stains on ceiling wall and couch, I did not want to sit on that, it was the only sitting area apart from the bed. I did not want to shower, because it meant touching the shower curtain that look well used and stained if it wasn't durty. The bed was clean bedding crisp and white pillows adequate. I am a light sleeper, so did not slept much due to the loud heater, and refrigerator. We left at 4 AM, because there was a fight outside in the parking lot. I admit that was nothing the staff could controll, just surprised they did not hear anything."

"Yes the room was in good condition but dirty, my socks were covered by the end of the day. Luckily, I bought some slippers with me. And I had to clean the Jacuzzi tub before I could even use it. And the bed sheets were stained. Also, the free breakfast could use more options, I didn't eat because all they had was cereal and coffee. Maybe bagels, muffins or cookies? I didn't eat. I would stay there again, but the place could use a little facelift or better maids. Just put a little more effort into the cleaning. "

"We had a wonderful experience and the Lodging worked out perfectly for us on our visit.The home was very neat and tidy and clean.The host was very easy to communicate with and very nice and accommodating.It was a great trip thanks to the lodging, thanks again.Luke"
