Easy check in and nice lobby. The room was clean, very comfortable beds, lots of pillows or different types and a walk in shower. The fridge and microwave are in a nook by the door. Breakfast was must better than most.

Our stay was amazing. All of the food options were great. The entire team makes every effort to make you feel welcome and entertained as there’s constant things to do and entertainment around you. We had exceptional service from everybody we came in contact with. Willie was our server in the poolside club, he took care of us every single day.

The location was ideal it's located near many restaurants and grocery stores. However, the rooms need updating , carpets were filthy and walls had diet spots. The hadicap bar in bathroom was loose. My major issue was the continuous loud noise of the room above. There was constant running, jumping and stomping. I requested to be moved to another room and was refused. I asked for a refund from hotel and was denied. I don't recommend this hotel.

Quick trip

The staff was very hospitable and accommodating. They answered all of our questions. The breakfast attendant was a sweetheart. Breakfast was well stocked, neat, clean and great. We ate at 7:00am. The elevator and hallways were wet. One elevator smelled terrible. There was trash piled by the garbage can next to the elevator. The building looked worn and the carpet everywhere could use cleaning.
