"Friendly staff. "

"Staff was very nice. The rest was terrible. Not clean. Mold in the bathroom. From the window sils to the walls, it was dirty. The mini fridge constantly made strange and loud noises. The “continental breakfast” was a joke. Some eggo waffles in a bin to either warm by microwave or toaster. Cereal that looked off color and old. A little bit of OJ and a little bit of milk. Has a pool no hot tub. When I asked if we could have a late check out due to my mother being disabled, he said idk we don't do that. Luckily, they ended up accommodating us. Garbage was piled up in the back of the building. I'm talking bags upon bags. The outlets were so loose they wouldn't hold our chargers. I had to buy duct tape to keep my charger in the outlet. The worse part was at 9am someone was outside the windows of the hotel playing their music (which I'm a fan of base and music) but sounded like they had 20 12” subwoofers in their car and was literally shaking the entire building, rattling windows. That went on for at least a half hr. Ridiculous. Esp considering we were there for medical reasons. Unacceptable. If you are not familiar with the neighborhood, it's not good. Shooting 15 min away from the hotel. Will not be returning. "

"Room was not well cleaned. It smelled. Three heater wasn't working so the room was very cold. They did end up bringing in a space heater. Shower curtain was molded. No hair dryer, iron, ironing board, kleenex, and trash bin. Upside, they had shampoo, conditioner, microwave, fridge and towels. "

"The room was extremely dirty! I had to clean off the tv so I could watch it. Bugs were everywhere! Light out in the bathroom and broken toilet seat. The entry door was a mess and has nothing holding the lockset into the door. Someone used spray foam to fill holes in the steel door. Bathroom door had a hole in it and had marker all over it. I wouldn't close the door anyway with bugs jumping out! One bed had box springs instead of a mattress. Parking was fine. This place gives new meaning to roach motel!!!"

"Front desk staff were very courteous and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We will mark this hotel as a favorite and staff when we come into town for concerts. A 20 min drive to the event."
