The staff was especially helpful, polite and accommodating. The only thing I would say is the ice machine on the floors eere not working,forcing me to have to go to the lobby to get ice, but even then the front desk staff was very polite. It was a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is old,the pool was well maintained, everything else was hit or miss. There were cobwebs in multiple places in the room, mini fridge needed defrosting,airconditioner loud,but effective, furniture needed replacement. No breakfast included, some staff friendly, others not. Didn't clean room one day (regular staff's day off), not staffed after 4pm to clean. Good location, would stay elsewhere next time.

Room appeared clean, but I’m quite certain I got bed bugs the day after. The pool did not seem to have been serviced in a while, not a single smell of cleanliness. No pool towels until later. Walked by 2 hotel staff cleaning rooms and blatantly complaining about how many rooms they’re assigned to clean. But the main lobby was well maintained, nice seating areas that my family hung out in. The front desk staff was really great. Nice options in the pantry store. My family also made use of the inner court yard, that was a nice little area for the kids to play.

14 year old son was chased through the property by 4 unknown assailants. They offered me $20 worth of “store credit” to buy snacks, for the “inconvenience.” Dirty towels were left in the bathroom from previous guests. Most of the staff were friendly enough.

Great stay. Staff was wonderful and the room was great. The only thing is that I had to move my overnight stay by one night and was forced to pay for a whole other night. And the Wi-Fi that I paid extra for was terrible and unusable.
