Family trip

We had a great time! Every morning all 6 of us went on a walk to the intercoastal and it was just so wonderful! Such cute little shops and places to enjoy. Plus we even saw a giant Xmas tree on our walk and the train! Our kids loved it. The house was also great. The kids really enjoyed their shared room.

Used as a home base for visiting family on Hutchinson Island and Hobe Sound. Was also looking for a location within walking distance to restaurants in downtown Jensen (Crawdaddys). This was perfect. The house was great and had nice outdoor spots to relax. It was just my son and I. But this would be perfect for a larger family.

Seriously close to the beach! And downtown. Cute house but wasn’t very clean. We didn’t use the swimming pool because it smelled like some animal died outside. Dishes were dirty and our feet were black from the floor. I never received the check in instructions so we were stuck outside for a few minutes until the host responded. Had to ask for WiFi as well. Still was a cute house with lots of room and plenty of beds and a TV in every room.

Garden not welcoming…

The house (inside) was comfortable even if for a longer stay, a dishwasher would be great..We would have appreciated a small note with the wifi password when we arrived but we sent an e-mail to our hostess and she answered right away.. On the other hand ,we were very disappointed by the garden..It needs a good refreshing:pick up some litter, dirty cushions for patio furniture,broken gate on the floor, swimming pool in need of cleaning ..so for all those reasons, we didn’t stay outside .. It is a nice location with great weather so the garden if well kept could add something really pleasant..

Our stay was great. The interior of the house was beautiful and clean. The exterior was in very bad shape. Looks nothing like the pictures. The roof has a tarp on it and a lot of junk in the yard. It really needs to be cleaned up.

Convenient to downtown. Lack of communication for check in procedure. Very few towels and they were small and stained. Shower water trickled in the master bath. Only 3 small drinking glasses. Minimum amenities that were advertised such as spices (no salt or pepper), dryer didn’t work. Trouble with keypad locking the door. Roof had tarps covering it and a grocery cart was in the front yard.

Nice clean home and beautifully decorated! Quiet neighborhood. Close to town and beaches. Host was quick to answer any questions we had. Kitchen was functional and fully equipped with just about anything you would need. Would definitely stay there again. And its dog friendly so that was perfect for us and our little dog!

Great weekend getaway

The property was as advertised and accurate photos. Perfect size for a quick girls weekend getaway! The swimming pool is small, but it was such a nice feature to have after a long day at the beach! Very quiet and safe residential neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants and Publix. The outdoor covered seating area was also a nice feature to sit in the evenings. The owner was also very quick to respond for any questions we had. Great time and would recommend!
