Dunewalk By the Ocean Penthouse - Direct oceanl view!

  • Newly remodeled oceanfront condo on penthouse floor (9th) with spectacular views. Direct ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. River views from the kitchen and second bedroom. Condo has been remodeled with high end baths and kitchen, floors. Full kitchen with all appliances. Kitchen is very well stocked with cutlery, dishes, wine glasses, pots and pans, blender, coffee maker, rice cooker.

    Living room boasts a loveseat and sofa with recling chairs. Dining room seats 6 and 3 bar stools in the countertop area. Master and Second bedroom have King Beds and 2 twin rollaways. Washer and Dryer in unit. Desk and chair.
    Free wifi, cable with DVR TV in living room. Flat screened TV's in living and master (60") and second bedroom (21").

    Balcony overlooking the beach with club style seatings. We have beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, coolers, bbq for your use.

    Gated community with ample parking, heated pool, fitness center.
    This one has it all, just bring your toothbrush!
    Note: 1 month rental required. No renting mid month to next mid month. Must be 1 month in a given month.
