Newly remodeled oceanfront condo on penthouse floor (9th) with spectacular views. Direct ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. River views from the kitchen and second bedroom. Condo has been remodeled with high end baths and kitchen, floors. Full kitchen with all appliances. Kitchen is very well stocked with cutlery, dishes, wine glasses, pots and pans, blender, coffee maker, rice cooker.

Living room boasts a loveseat and sofa with recling chairs. Dining room seats 6 and 3 bar stools in the countertop area. Master and Second bedroom have King Beds and 2 twin rollaways. Washer and Dryer in unit. Desk and chair.
Free wifi, cable with DVR TV in living room. Flat screened TV's in living and master (60") and second bedroom (21").

Balcony overlooking the beach with club style seatings. We have beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, coolers, bbq for your use.

Gated community with ample parking, heated pool, fitness center.
This one has it all, just bring your toothbrush!
Note: 1 month rental required. No renting mid month to next mid month. Must be 1 month in a given month.

Wonderful

Beautifully decorated condo, right on the beach. Enjoyed the sunrises in the morning and sunsets in the evening. It is quiet in this area. Lots of sandy beach to take long walks. Unit is clean and well equipped. Plenty of towels, cooking utensils and pots and pans. Comfortable beds. I would not hesitate to stay here againOwners are very nice to talk to. No issues, whatsoever.

Good month

Nice condo, not recently updated but updated probably 7-8 years ago. Some if the worn cooking pans could be disposed of so there’s more storage for the pans that are useable. Not alot of closet space for a renter with the roll away bed in the master closet and the guest closet is loaded with things and no room to hang clothes in that room.Beautiful views, comfortable beds and nice owners who respond quickly.

Beautiful views!

This beautifully remodeled condo offers fantastic views of both the sunrise and sunset, and the ocean of course. Great for beach walks. We look forward to renting it again!

Quite Location

Unit was nicely updated. Need to bring extra paper products and all cooking spices/condiments. Washer/Dry combo only accommodates small loads. Beautiful beach and quite location.
