Beach Condo/ Island Beach Resort/ No Cleaning Fee/ Condo 206
Condo 206 at Island Beach Resort is on the second floor and overlooks the pool/ocean. It has two flat screen TVs, an oversized balcony, two queen beds, and the spacious living area has a sofa bed. Condo 206 has gorgeous ocean views and a balncony that spans the entire length of the condo. Custom, oversized adirondack chairs span the length of the condo and provide a supreme ocean-viewing vantage point. SOME AREAS ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION, PLEASE CALL TO SEE IF A DISCOUNT APPLIES TO YOUR BOOKING.
Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner. We also have an onsite gift shop boutique.
Check-in: 4:00pm. Check out 11am. If arriving after 5pm, please pre-arrange a lockbox pick up with the front desk 772-229-3006.
Third party sites like Airbnb may charge travellers a SERVICE FEE which is payable directly to Airbnb and does not get paid to the host or property owner.

Too short of a stay
I apologize for the delay, I thought I had already sent this. Our stay was to brief to relax due to an ill pet, that we had to go back and forth on. We would definitely stay again when we can enjoy it more.

Great stay!
This is a beautiful condo located right on the ocean. We sat on the balcony every morning watching the sunrise and listening to the waves! Very comfortable condo with most everything you need! We did have to buy some knives but left them for the next vacationer! The king size mattress could use replacement but we slept well!

Beach front condo
This was an older condo but well kept and right on the ocean. Shuckers beach bar right next door, very convenient.
