About this property
Beach Condo/ Island Beach Resort/ No Cleaning Fee/ Condo 107
Condo 107 at Island Beach Resort is on the first floor and faces east toward the ocean. It has two flat screen TVs, two king beds, and the spacious living area has a sofa bed. Condo 107 has two floor to ceiling sliding glass doors with black-out drapes and whispy white sheers. Walk about 10 yards to the beach and pool from your condo.
Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner. We also have an onsite gift shop boutique.
Check-in: 4:00pm. Check out 11am. If arriving after 5pm, please pre-arrange a lockbox pick up with the front desk 772-229-3006.
Third party sites like VRBO may charge travellers a SERVICE FEE which is payable directly to VRBO and does not get paid to the host or property owner.
*Room decor may vary from pictures. We'll make every attempt to accommodate early check-in requests, but we cannot guarantee them.

A: 4 pool towels, 6 bath towels, 4 hand towels, 4 washcloths, black makeup washcloth, bathmat. Please, no linen exchanges.

A: 1 box tissues, 2 beach chairs, mop/bucket/broom in closet, hair dryer, iron, no safe

A: Yes, but the view may be limited due to the plants on the beach dune

Room 107- Beautiful
This room has two King size beds as well as a pull out couch. It was so nice to walk out and be at the ocean in only a few steps. We will be back! Please consider adding screen doors as well so we can hear the ocean and still have the doors locked!
