"The property was close to the market and buses, and the staff were always friendly. No complaints—it was exactly as advertised. Worth noting that it’s not close to many of the nature-related sites (~45 mins to an hour to most), but that’s obvious if you look at the map when booking. "

"Adam checked us in, he is well mannered and professional. The check-in was hassle free. The property is outstanding in the area of other small hotels and eateries. Area wise, not fancy, it has an attached Casino, so you know what this hotel’s main clientele is. The building is tall, we had a high floor room, really appreciate that, and the room is exceptional. The view from the room is meh, we enjoyed the size of it. We drove to this hotel, carparking was included, though it would be easier to remember where you parked if they labelled the zones/spaces. Can’t complain, this hotel is a big brand and offers the expects conforts. If I am to be critical, the pillows are all too soft for my liking."

"The hotel uses self checkin but when I had an issue, a lady immediately came to help. Although she didn’t speak any English, she immediately called an interpreter service and we were able to take care of the administrative things. Room was spacious, good AC, tv, water boiler and even hair dryer. Bed was comfortable too. Overall, it was great value for money and service was outstanding given that I don’t speak any Korean. "

"The only staff we met supposedly the owner. Not seen most of them time. When in need of help, need to call a number at the front desk but never pick up. Room is big but old. Almost got locked in toilet. There was a underwear left by the previous guest. There is simple breakfast though."
