The family room is very spacious with a large long table. It is reasonably clean and very comfortable. As we were travelling in a group of 7 senior citizens, the service staff singly carried our luggage to the 2nd floor as there is no lift available. Worth to mentioned that each luggage weight not less than 17 kg. The surrounding is beautiful and serene, garden well maintained.

Great resort for a family trip!
Great resort for family trip! Three of us spent a night here and we really enjoyed a sunset view and hot springs. Also only 5 min away from ocean side walk! Also, very friendly staff!

Not recommend and you should try to avoid this.
Staffing issue, they look like high school student all of staff, they are not educated about hotel and the owner seem to save money by not hiring professional staff. Bed mattress was terrible. We couldn’t sleep on the bed because left upper mattress was sink and lower than other side so we could lay down on the bed. Finally, we had to sleep at the sofa. Unprofessional staff said “we will checked” Somebody’s hair on the floor and shower and not cleaned. Terrible expensive snack bar. This hotel seem unprofessional family business but they charge five star hotel price on breakfast, snack bar and so on. This is the terrible hotel I ever never been.

조용한 시골마을 럭셔리별장에서의 휴가
객실도 욕실도 넓고, 침대도 둘이 편안히 잘만큼 넓어요. 바닷가에 접해있지 않았지만, 앞쪽에 높은 건물이 없어서 1층에서도 바다가 보여요. 저는 오히려 바다만 보이는 것보다 시골마을에 바닷가 별장으로 쉬러 온 것 같은 분위기라서 더 좋았어요.

편안한 제주 가족여행지 올레리조트
여행할때 다양한 숙소를 경험해보는.걸 좋아하는데 올레리조트는 여름에 묵어보고 너무 좋아서 겨울 여행에도 또 묵었습니다. 바다도 보이고 동남아 리조트 느낌도 나면서 제주 느낌도 많이 담은 편안하고 넓고 쾌적한 리조트입니다. 가족 여행으로 추천합니다 겨울에 고팡식당옆에서 불멍할수 있어서 좋았어요

바닥난방이 되지않아 취짐시 많이 추웠습니다. 그외 숙소 주변 조경은 너무 잘 관리되어있으며 조식은 정말 훌룡했습니다.

욕탕 수도꼭지에 찬물, 뜨거운물 표기도 안되어 있어 화상 입을뻔 하고 하수구 고장 나 있고 스파 고장나 있음. 시설 관리 최악. 주차장 프론트, 뒤쪽 모두 외지고 싸인도 잘 안보이는데 있어 초행으로 찾아온 여행자들은 매우 불편함. 네비게이션을 다른 식당이름으로 쳐서 오도록 안내되어 있어 여행객한테 배려가 전혀 없는 리조트 임

1. 리조트가 되게 넓고, 주차장이 두 개입니다. 내비에서 '올레리조트' 입력해서 가시면 리셉션까지 도보 5분 정도는 걸어가야해요. 다만 더블룸 객실 동은 가깝습니다. 예약하신 객실 형태에 따라 주차장 잘 찾아보시는게 좋겠습니다. 2. 뷰 좋습니다. 통 창에 멀리 보이는 오션뷰. 시원합니다. 3. 방 넓습니다. 방 넓어서 좋습니다. 4. 욕조는 꽤 지저분합니다. 닦아서 쓰려다가, 그냥 외부 공용 수영장 사용하고 말았습니다. 일반 객실로 예약할걸 괜히 돈 더 썼습니다 ㅠㅠ 5. 수영장을 밤 10시까지 오픈해서 좋았습니다. 미온수가 가득해서 밤이었음에도 그리 춥지 않게 잘 놀았습니다. 6. 리조트 내 식당이 그렇게 맛있다는 후기가 많았는데, 현재는 조식만 운영하고 있습니다. 너무너무 아쉽습니다. 7. 짐이 많으면 주차장도 멀고, 짐 옮기기가 힘듭니다. 그거 말고는 좋습니다. 8. 벌레가 많습니다. 녹지라서 어쩔 수 없지만 그래도 많습니다. 9. 전체적으로 만족 만족입니다. 커플 여행이었는데, 아이가 있는 가족 여행으로도 아주 적합할 것 같아요.

4인가족이 머물렀구요 더블베드 2개가 있어서 편하게 잘수 있었어요 쇼파도크코 편안했구요 다만 침대 있는곳에 단차가 있어서 어린아이 데리구 가시는 분들은 이점 알고 예역하셔야 할거 같아요 그리고 침대 있는곳에 문은 따로 없이 오픈혙이 였어요 다른 분들 리뷰처럼 정말 이국적인 느낌이 나게 리조트가 이번여행에서 저를 힐링 시켜줬구요 애웡바다가 보이는 뷰여서 아침에도 테라스에서 바다 실컷좠어요 수영장도 애들 놀기 좋구요 완전 새 리조트는 아니지만 관리가 잩되구 직원들이 친절했어요~

또 가고싶은 리조트
룸 컨디션 좋았고, 직원분들이 다들 친절하셨어요. 자쿠지 이용이 일시적으로 되지 않아 사용하지 못한게 좀 아쉽네요. 여행 중간에 비가왔는데 우산을 인원수대로 대여해줘서 편하게 다녔어요. 야외수영장 상태도 좋고, 사람도 적어서 쾌적하게 이용했구요. 저녁에 바베큐와 바 이벤트로 너무 분위기 좋았어요. 물놀이를 하다보니 건조대가 필요한데 모두 대여된 상태라고 해서 조금 불편했네요. 발코니도 넓은데 건조대 하나씩은 객실에 비치해두어도 좋을것 같아요.

올레리조트 조아.제주도 조아
너무 좋았어요. 조경이 아름다웠고 객실이 넓어 편안하게 쉬었다 왔어요. 합리적인 가격에 너무 맛있는,조식! 사골우거지국 짱!! 욕조에서 바라본 바다는 힐링 그 자체였습니다.

부모님과 떠난 가족여행
부모님 모시고 간 가족여행 3박동안 너무 편하게 잘 지내다 왔습니다. 단지 아쉬웠던 점은 월풀스파를 상상했었는데, 월풀 기능고장이어서 엄청 아쉬웠음. 조식도 나름 괜찮았음.

첫날 숙박지로 선택했는데 여행내내 나쁜 기분이 가시질 않네요..실내에 처음 들어가는 순간 락스와 욕실냄새가 섞여서 머리가 어질어질 했네요.. 적당히 소독하고 환기를 해서 손님 맞을 준비를 해야지 너무 대책이 없네요.

올레리조트 좋아요
깔끔하고 친절합니다. 바다 전망이 보이는데 2층이라 많이 보이지는 않습니다. 요리 기구가 있지만 다양하진 않습니다. 간단한 것만 요리할 수 있어요. 욕탕이 커서 좋습니다. 창밖을 보며 탕에 앉아 있을 수 있어요. 다음에 또 가고 싶어요.
