I’m trying to be balanced to give a fair review to the property and to other travellers.
We paid $200AUD a night for a lodge room which means a room with a bed, fridge, table and two chairs, tea and coffee facilities and you use the shared bathrooms for the campsite.
Yes it was Kakadu and high season, but $200 a night VERY expensive.
Across NT at this time, there are staff shortages everywhere meaning you have to be patient as limited hours for certain services and those working are often dealing with queues.
As a campground, pool/bar facilities were pretty good.
Linen was clean, bed was soft so backs aches after two nights so we left and moved on losing the third night cost but needed a good night sleep!
