"We’ve stayed here a number of times, always good. Breakfast today (Sunday) was poor. The host did not seem to know what she was doing. Ran out of everything before 9am. We were there til about 9:30 and people were still coming in for breakfast. She was on the phone with possibly the supervisor asking questions. All the juices were gone, no milk, no yogurt. The bread basket was sparse. She was constantly telling people how to serve themselves at the hot plate and waffle area. No cups for juice, had to use coffee cups for drinks. She wanted to talk to guests and make excuses more than replenish items. Just all around poor."

"Beautiful well maintained property with one of a kind features. Finding a private spot on the water with our dogs is very difficult and this checks all the boxes. Bonus that it’s nice inside as well, the weather was perfect, but if it wasn’t I’m confident we would still have enjoyed ourselves. Great trails for walking, big windows to watch the sun rise. Can’t beat it 10/10. Host is very kind and cares about your experience, easy check in and out,"

"My family and I were looking for a place off the grid, in this location, met those standards. We had a fantastic time. Make sure to check out the game room. Our puppy had so much fun in the pond on the property too! Will definitely be back. Thank you again for hosting a wonderful place"

"What a lovely spot! Close to town but in a secluded little glade surrounded by woods and ferns. Great birding spot. Ruby-crowned kinglet and pileated woodpecker in the campground!Very similar to a DNR mini cabin, but a private campsite and vault toilet and refrigerator. Wifi worked great, but drained the battery so use it sparingly. We actually had good phone service also. The solar battery worked well for phone charging. Billy kept us well supplied with firewood. Thank you for the lovely stay!"
