"Quando cheguei no quarto senti cheiro de cloro ou seja tinha sido limpo recentemente... até aí ok, porém o box do banheiro estava completamente encrostado com lodo entre os rejuntes , a porta do banheiro era bem velha, a pia tinha uma bica de cozinha e tinha um basculante que dava pro corredor onde se escutava tudo que acontecia, parecia que era dentro do quarto ... o quarto é simples e não estava sujo, mas poderiam caprichar mais na limpeza do banheiro e na infraestrutura, o elevador é velho...

"This is not a hotel but a leased apartment. Due to conferences and a football match on 20 September 2025 it was difficult to find accommodation in the city. So took this option.
No reception. Everything is done remotely via whatsapp. They request your passport details etc. I was waiting for more than an hour, sending requested information back and worth to get an entry code. Perhaps this is a future - hotels without receptions. But check in experience was rather disappointing. The apartment...

"O hotel é fantástico, todos os funcionários, desde a entrada até o 17º andar, são excelentes, super respeitosos, educados e solícitos. A única coisa que deixou a desejar foi a limpeza, pois o banheiro do quarto em que fiquei hospedada, estava um caos de sujo: pelos de terceiros no box, toalhas com cheiro ruim e o vidro do box estava MUITO sujo. Mas isso não atrapalhou, decerto, a minha experiência positiva com o hotel. Inclusive, já estou programando meu retorno para Recife e, com certeza, ficarei novamente no Park Hotel. "
