"I booked and confirmed a suite by phone, but when I arrived, they had given it to someone else. They offered me a “dirty” room instead, which was unacceptable. The bathroom had a leak from the bidet, the towels were very old, and when I asked for face towels, they left them on the floor outside the door! There were no large towels for the shower, and the shower was dirty.
Totally unprofessional and disappointing — I paid for a suite and got a dirty, poorly maintained room. Not recommended at all."
