"The room is quite good. The fridge in the room doesn’t work and the elevator sucks. Power to all the amenities in the room including the AC and Fridge is cut off when the key card is removed. Hence, you will always return back to a very hot room. The restaurant doesn’t serve alcohol and the breakfast spread is very limited. The staff are very helpful, attentive and customer centric. "

"Communication was non existant. I messaged the hotel twice before arrival but never got any response. The room was small, but modern and clean. The bed was extremely comfortably. Amenities were a little sparse, there was only 1 towel in the room between 2 of us although this was put right immediately by the front desk. The toilet roll was almost all gone, and the cleaners did not put more in, you had to help yourself from a cabinet at the front. Breakfast was superb. A lot of variety and...
