The property is well-maintained and appears relatively new, which is a positive aspect. However, the service provided by the staff was disappointing. They were out of stock on basic items like Nutella, and despite the hotel's Rajasthani food festival, they did not serve non-vegetarian options for dinner, which is surprising given that non-veg dishes are part of Rajasthani cuisine. Additionally, during the buffet dinner, no server offered water, which reflects a lack of attentiveness. Overall, while the rooms and the property's condition are commendable, the service experience leaves much to be desired.
