"Seriously run down. No vent of any kind in the bathroom so it fogs immediately and continually smells of mildew. Carpet is filthy- walking on it, in ten minutes your socks are brown. Moldy lampshades, rusted lamp bases. Sheets looked used so we stripped them after one night to force a change. Dingy with no bright lightbulbs. You get one towel each even though they have a pool and gym. Asked for a blanket (and Lysol spray) at 9pm and were told none available as housekeeping locks up after day shift (!). Breakfast is decent/ eggs, biscuits and gravy, yogurt. Sketchy parking shared with others and some sketchy residents. The lady(?) across the hall had locked herself in and the police had to come evict her. Should have moved up to the $195 a night hotels. Would never stay there again "

"Check in wasn’t warm and friendly! I was asked when did I book reservation! How was I supposed to remember the date I reserved the room after a long day of driving!"

The road to the facility is aweful.
The tub bottom was decrepit.
On the second floor, The soda and candy machine were empty. The ice machine didn't work. The ice was on the first floor. No elevator.
I was concerned about parking lot theft."

"The beds were so comfy. The bathtub was huge and I loved the shower but couldn’t adjust the direction of the shower head because I wasn’t tall enough. The description of the cottage was totally accurate."
