"Staff didn't acknowledge my booking because they couldn't find me in the system. Even after showing my reservation confirmation number, I was told to call the booking company. While on the phone outside, they found my reservation printed off on the desk which pulled me from the system. This wouldn't be a big deal, but due to circumstances I had a late check-in and had an extremely early morning check-out... I just needed a few hours of sleep. No soaps in the bathroom (hand soap or shower soaps). Broken towel rack. Rust/mold in the fridge."

"Beverly and Don were out standing hosts. They met us upon arrival and quickly responded to our requests. They made us feel part of their family. Also their recommendations were spot on regarding where to eat shop and explore. When we come back to Laurel we'll only stay in their cute quiet and clean Hilltop Guest House. "

"This was a great place to stay. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessary items needed. Make sure to bring coffee k-cups so you don’t run out. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Could use additional toilet paper, but maybe should have brought some with us to make sure we had enough throughout our stay."
