Best kept secret in Laurel.

The property is nice, clean and quiet. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly. We will stay here again the next time we go to Laurel.

Nasty restroom used tissue wrapped back around the spool used linen and when I went to complain the clerk had the biggest attitude and just gave us more tissue... This hotel is the worst hotel I've ever seen

The property was undergoing renovations during my stay. The room I was in had a mildew smell and the smoke detector battery was low. I only stayed at the room for two nights so it was a quick place to lay my head while in town for a family reunion.

this hotel is gross! the carpeting through out all the common areas and the room was horrible. all the common spaces were is really poor condition. one of the worst hotels i've ever stayed in for the price.

We checked in, walked to our room. Looked in the bathroom, the toilet was broken the room was dark and dingy, we turned around and immediately check out. Cancelling our stay. The place was under construction, the pool w was closed. We requested a full credit.

Upon arriving at the property it was rundown and poor in appearance, making it look unsafe. Our room was not cleaned and prepared for guests. We declined to stay at this property.

Good breakfast then ehhhh..

The hotel is being renovated/remodeled, they have also had a hard time it looks like several rooms were broken. They also had forgotten to put towels or wash clothes in the room as well. The pool sadly was also being renovated or repaired which was a bummer because we picked this hotel because it had a pool. All things considered their Breakfast was probably one of the best we’ve had at a hotel since Covid. That made the stay better and the staff were friendly.

Not a great stay

The shampoo in the shower had been opened already and filled with water, the bed squeaked very loudly every time we moved or just sitting on it, the carpet smelled like urine, there was no toilet paper or even a toilet paper roll, just a box of kleenex in the bathroom.

We actually only stayed here for 45 minutes to get ready for an event. I would have slept in my car before I slept there. The floor was so dirty I wouldn’t even take my shoes off. We actually thought It was closed down when we got there because the building was so dilapidated. Don’t stay here!!

The staff was courteous and nice. The room was clean but the refrigerator didn’t work and the TV remote didn’t either. There wasn’t an elevator which made it difficult to get luggage to the second floor.

This property is highly misrepresented on the website. It looks nothing like the pictures online. It is very run down-paint peeling off, overgrown with weeds, trash on property. I would never recommend this place!

Worst hotel I ever stayed in, Very dirty. Stains on sheets and pillow cases. Tub peeling. Holes in wall. Just horrible. First room we got smelled. We had no choice but to stay based on just completing a 17 hour drive.
