This large, secluded 3-bedroom house has everything you need for your trip to Hometown - Laurel, MS. At nearly 3,000 square feet, it is the ideal place for bigger families to stay, or it is roomy enough for a couple's weekend getaway. Located in a gated community, this house is the perfect place to call home during your stay. The spacious front porch overlooks a pond and large field where wildlife can often be seen.

Cabin on the Ridge is located 9.3 miles from the well-known Hometown in Laurel, MS.

The original owner of this property was an engineer at Laurel’s own transformer plant, Howard Industries. He built the house and continued adding on as he saw fit to create the unique setup.

This rustic home has historical significance with its wooden floors taken from the old Prentiss Elementary School. This school was near the downtown area where Regions bank is currently located.

A wonderful place! Great for families.
This place is wonderful. It's very roomy. There's three bathrooms and two of them have showers in them. Everything was provided for us. Nice large kitchen with a large island. They have a dart board, and horseshoes, and other games to keep you entertained. There's three thermostats in the cabin which allows you to have warmer or cooler areas of the cabin. The porch on the pond side is very long and has some items that will help you combat the bugs. I really enjoyed the place and would love to go back there if I'm ever in Mississippi again.

Wonderful Peaceful Getaway
This was one of the nicest, private, clean places we have stayed at. Our family gathered for our 38th anniversary and to visit my Mother-in-law, their Grandmother. We had plenty of space inside and outside, and the family was able to gather comfortably in the kitchen/dining room and family room. It was awesome to have our my children together!

Cabin was awesome for our 3 families ! The place had plenty of room for this kids to be kids when they went at the ball field. I would recommend the cabin to anyone looking in laurel !

Peace and Quiet in a Great Cabin
We looked for a place near Laurel for our family to get together. This cabin was the perfect place for that. This is a convenient, peaceful cabin in a great location. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor space for a group. It would also be good for a couple to get away for awhile.

We had a group of 6 woman who wanted to escape. This was the perfect place. The cabin had everything we needed. We woke up and had coffee on the porch and listen to wildlife. There was plenty of space to gather to play games. I will return.
