"Front desk staff is very nice. Our room was upgraded to a family room. However, this family room is divided in 2 halves. We only stayed in one half, which is similar to our original booked room, so this upgrade is of no use to us. The room is quite clean and pleasant. We checked the room prices when we were in our room and realized the current price for the room we booked is only $88 (CAD) but we paid $180(CAD). We contacted Expedia to asked about the price difference but was not given any reason for it. From now on, we will no longer use Expedia as the main service when looking for hotel rooms and other travelling services. Instead, we will start looking for other platforms for these type of services."
