"We arrived 1.5hrs before check in at 15.00 . We were advised room would not be ready until 15.00 but could upgrade . Seemed like a rip off as upgrade cost £121.40 but were tired so accepted . Despite this we had leaking tap that flooded bathroom . They “fixed it” but 24hrs later same again .
