I was there for an international conference, and had a double room suite. This was a very good hotel in many respects. However, it was disappointing that basic amenities like a coffee maker (or hot water kettle), mugs, creamer, sugar etc. were absent from the room. These, and a microwave oven, are what we would normally expect to see in a suite - at least in other countries. I was also sorry that it was not close to the city. The grounds were beautiful, and the peacocks were a treat.

O hotel não possui academia de ginástica. Lamentável para os dias atuais. Não penso em me hospedar novamente neste hotel por este motivo, visto que pela mesma faixa de preço têm várias outras opções de hotéis, até mais novos, com localização mais próximas a Shoppings, restaurantes e as opções de lazer da cidade.

A limpeza do quarto foi boa. Equipe atenciosa e educada. Atendimento pela recepcionista Vanessa foi excelente. Ela foi atenciosa, simpática e muito solícita. Parabéns para ela!! Temos uma reclamação sobre o restaurante do hotel, o "Toro". Meu marido pediu um salmão, no jantar, e veio uma posta de salmão toda queimada, com uma casca preta de queimado! Inconcebível, isto! Reclamamos e ganhamos um descontinho. Os pratos com carne são muito bons, mas mantenham distância do prato de salmão, se não quiserem se frustar e irritar.
