"Our second visit, and it definitely won't be our last. Another brilliant stay. The staff are really helpful and we're able to answer any questions we had. The room and other facilities, including the pool and spa, are fantastic and a real bonus in a city centre hotel. Already looking forward to next time!"

"Visited with teen grandson in August, temp in low 30’s very hot. Room temp is set at reception so requested that it be turned down to mid/low 20’s which was done but kept resetting to a higher temp! Room was quite small and had two single beds even though I had booked two twins, queried at reception but was told that counts as a twin?? However, overall hotel was comfortable, welcoming and clean with very friendly personable staff. Would recommend despite my moans as very convenient with great transport links.."

"An amazing and serene location - perfect to unwind with the family with good facilities to keep you fed and entertained. None of them are complimentary, however, so if you want to take advantage of all on offer, it’s like paying for the stay all over again. We liked it enough to book an extra night, but the management should seriously consider offering more complimentary use of the facilities, or at the very least significantly discounted. It’s not THAT exclusive a place to not offer such things. Spa and gym are very small, but we made good use of them. The golf course was also excellent - very enjoyable round. So a bit of a mixed review: amazing place, just could do more to enhance the offer for guests. The staff are all awesome, extremely helpful and accommodating."

"Breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful. It was a good location. We had a good night’s sleep. We were able to eat at the restaurant which was basic but we were very happy that we didn’t have to go out to eat. Overall very good."

"Great location. Great parking. Nice looking property. The lady at check in was excellent. The room was spotless. The bed was comfortable. The aircon in the bedroom was awful. The aircon in the communal areas was awful. The dinner wasn't great. Breakfast wasn't great."

"Great hotel- very clean and modern and very quiet. It was good that you can charge the car at the hotel car park. You have to book a slot at the swimming pool- pool was a bit cold, but ok."
