Just 10 minutes from Newport and Narragansett's top dining, beaches, and attractions, our elegant Jamestown vacation home blends classic New England charm with modern comfort. With 2,800+ square feet and four spacious bedrooms, including a family-friendly bunk room, it’s perfect for groups. Enjoy the game room with pool table; spacious deck with grill, lounge seating, and dart board (weather dependent and generally open between mid-May and mid-October); and outdoor fire pit. The home features 2.5 bathrooms to accommodate everyone with ease. Ideal for family getaways, wedding stays, and luxury seaside retreats.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals:

-Plates, glasses, and cutlery.
-Full-size fridge / freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
-Drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, air fryer, bakeware, and utensils.
-Cooking staples like oil, salt, pepper, and all basic spices.

Home amenities include:

-Whole home heating and air conditioning.
-Driveway parking for up to four cars.
-BBQ, outdoor lounge and dining, fire pit.
-Washer and dryer.
-Fresh linens, towels, and starter toiletries.
-Hairdryers in all bathrooms.
-Beach towels and chairs.
-Coffee and syrups.
-A high chair and portable crib to make traveling with little ones easier.

Safety features:

The home is regularly inspected by the city of Jamestown to meet building and fire department regulations. The home features:

-Smoke alarms.
-Carbon monoxide detectors.
-Fire extinguishers.
-First aid kit.

Other things to note:
-There are security cameras on the outside of the home for safety reasons only. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home.
-Due to the home’s proximity to the main road leading into Newport, there is some street noise on the patio. This noise can generally not be heard from inside the house, and all interior spaces remain quiet and comfortable.
-As this is also our personal home, there are a few owner-use-only closets that are clearly marked and kept locked. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the space as your own during your stay!

House guidelines:

20 Hull Street is our personal home and is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood where many of our neighbors live year-round. The city of Jamestown also has strict requirements for us to operate a short-term rental and keep our permit in good standing. As such, we kindly ask that you closely follow the house guidelines. Thank you so much for being respectful: it truly means a lot to us and our neighbors!

-No parties or events please.
-Maximum 4 cars are allowed in the circular driveway overnight per our short-term rental permit. Please also note that town ordinances strictly prohibit parking on the street in front of the house and parking here may result in a fine and / or towing of your vehicle.
-Quiet hours: 10pm – 8am, especially outdoors.
-Due to town ordinance, all garbage and recycling must fit inside the bins provided.
-No smoking (or vaping) inside.
-No pets.

**We are so excited for you to enjoy your time in our home, but please note that violation of house guidelines can disturb our neighbors and / or put our short-term rental permit at risk. As such, violations of house guidelines may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation. In addition, fines from the city resulting from parking or garbage infractions may also be passed on to the guest.**
